Sieg is from a fate/grail war gone horribly, horribly wrong. Not only were there 14 (16, actually) servants present in one war, but it went pretty wildly awry in so very many ways. The FGO Inheritance of Glory event takes place well after the end of Apocrypha.
(Notably he is the version of Sieg that stayed on the flip side of the world after the Inheritance of Glory event, rather than the one who went to Chaldea! This is before Jeanne actually turned up as promised.) |

Sieg is a homunculus initially created as a disposable mana battery who managed to gain survival instinct. Various things happened, and not only has he long outlived his initial expiration date, but he's kind of a dragon now. Don't worry about it. |

Can swap between dragon and homunculus bodies (note i said bodies and not forms). Can sword pretty good, and has inhuman reflexes and power. Uses a type of magic that analyzes the components of a thing and then explosively deconstructs it. Also has some electrical powers. Dooon't worry about it. |

Pings as a CREATED BEING! And AN EVIL DRAGON! Simultaneously!!! Mostly evil dragon these days tho. Does NOT ssstrictly ping as a heroic spirit unless he's physically Siegfried, and then pretty much just pings as Siegfried, though there might also be something else going on there if you strain to sense more... He does, however, come across as something roughly equivalent to a fairly strong Heroic Spirit in power, just not Literally A Heroic Spirit. It's close, but not quite the same. |
